Water Supply and Treatment

The WHWD provides treated water to approximately 414 water accounts in the region. We have contract rights to 8,000 acre-feet per year of State Water Project Table A water, ensuring a reliable and sufficient supply.

Our water treatment plant has a daily capacity of 2 million gallons. To further meet the growing needs of our customers, we are currently in the planning stages to double this treatment capacity.

Sewer Collection

Alongside our water services, WHWD also offers sewer collection, with wastewater treatment provided by the City of Patterson. This essential service is part of our comprehensive approach to maintaining a healthy and sustainable community.

Your Water Account

As a new customer, you can easily set up and manage your water account through our customer service portal. Whether you need to view your water usage, pay your bill, or contact our support team, everything is conveniently accessible online.

Governance and Customer Support

WHWD is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors who oversee the district’s operations. Since 2008, David Hobbs has served as the lead attorney, acting as the District’s General Counsel.

Our customer support team is here to assist you with any inquiries, concerns, or issues related to your water service. We also actively engage with the community, providing updates on projects, future plans, and community meetings.
